Asap Batteries provides automotive battery sales, installation, testing, and emergency roadside battery services. Our services include:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order. Prices include battery and standard installation unless otherwise noted.
We accept the following payment methods:
Payment processing services are provided by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service.
When you provide payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and fees. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.
By providing your credit or debit card information and completing a purchase, you expressly authorize Asap Batteries to charge your card for:
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Unused batteries in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund. Installed batteries may only be returned if defective (see Warranty section).
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The following are NOT covered:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
